CAN I JUST TURN UP OR DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
You will need to make an appointment but this does mean you have the shop completely to yourself.

What is the average hire fee?
Between £80 and £95.

Is there an extra charge for extended hire time?
No, definitely not.

What size ranges do you cater for?
Usually 4 to 28 but we can get smaller and larger sizes made to order.

Is there a deposit required and if so how much?
We do ask for £100 deposit before you take the dress, but this is refunded when it is returned in good condition.
You can pay this by cheque or cash.

Do you take all methods of payment?
Yes, we accept cash, cheque, credit and debit cards.

If I purchase a made-to-measure dress, how much deposit do
I need to pay?
50% at time of ordering then the balance when you collect.

Do you charge extra for alterations?
Minor alterations are free : for more difficult changes there is a minimal charge

Do I need to clean the dress before bringing it back?
No, the cost of cleaning is included in the hire fee.
